DELIVERY COVERAGE
Uniifood are now providing deliver through out *Whole West Malaysia* using Frozen Truck to ensure the quality of the products.
Only applicable to major city, town and within Peninsular Malaysia ,and exclude remote areas,Sabah and Sarawak.
DELIVERY PROCEDURE
The delivery process and schedule of each order received by Uniifood are required to follow the time and schedule of the company.We require 1-2 working days to process your order and to delivery to your shipping address.We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay to deliver your order if you have given us an incorrect shipping address.Upon delivery of the product you may be required to sign for the delivery.You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for the delivery. You will be advised to keep receipt of the delivered products as a reference in case of future communication with us. We only deliver all products in our standard packaging. All risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
Our frozen delivery will be handle by Line Clear Express & Logistics Sdn. Bhd. on behalf Uniifood.
We will pack your order using Styrofoam boxes with sufficient ice,ice packs,dry ice,ice gel or other cooling agents to prevent damages or leakages.
DELIVERY CHARGE
Unique Frozen Food (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the delivery charging rates and places coverage accordingly & when it deemed necessary.In the event of unforeseen circumstances failure to arrange delivery on the stipulated time,the second attempt of delivery arrangement might be made on the next available schedules
Delivery charges rate RM35 applicable for all Peninsular Malaysia exclude remote areas.This rate will be base on purchase order below 16 packs,and purchase more than 17 packs will be subject to additional surcharge.
